Few words about me ...
Hello, I am Rajesh from Bangladesh. I was born in the port city Chittagong. I
started my journey of my life in a rural area of Raozan, 32 kilometers away from
Chittagong. I was in Raozan about 15 years and finished my junior level
schooling there. During my childhood, I saw the nature and lives of different
kinds of people very closely. I came across so many diverse things at that time.
Till now, I consider this part of my life is very precious and valuable. I came
to the city of Chittagong in 1991 and admitted in Chittagong College. During my
stay in Chittagong College, I was able to improve my skills and build a very
strong academic background. For this I am very much grateful to my teachers and
friends in my college at that time.
I left Chittagong for my undergraduate study in 1994 and enrolled in the
Department of Computer Science and Engineering, BUET. BUET - Bangladesh
University of Engineering and Technology was the best school of Engineering in
Bangladesh. I
secured third position in the admission test of BUET. Among all the awards and
recognitions I have achieved so far, that is the most cherishable event in my life.
I completed my B. Sc. degree in June, 2000. Unfortunately, we wasted two years
of our lives in BUET due to 'SESSION JAM'. I did my M. Sc. in Electrical and
Computer Engineering from University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, MB, Canada in May
2004.
I am a kind of soft person. I have a few VERY GOOD friends. I think life would
have been very miserable without them. I hate to differentiate people by their
race or religion. I am married to Urmila. She is currently
doing her M. Sc. in Psychology.
Currently I am looking forward to enrolling into Ph. D. program, but I feel
very helpless when I think of staying away from my family. Let's see...
