Few words about myself ....
Hello, I am Rajesh from
Bangladesh. I was born in the port city Chittagong. I started my
journey of my life in Raozan Upazilla, a sub-urban area, 32 kilometers away
from Chittagong district headquarter. I was in Raozan about 15 years and finished my
junior level schooling there. During my childhood, I saw the
nature and lives of different kinds of people very closely. I came
across so many diverse things at that time. Till now, I consider
this part of my life is very precious and valuable. Later on, I came to the
city of Chittagong in 1991 and admitted in Chittagong College.
During my stay in Chittagong College, I was able to improve my
skills and build a sound academic background. For this I am
very much grateful to my teachers and friends in my college at
I left Chittagong for my undergraduate study in 1994 and enrolled in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). It was the best school of Engineering in Bangladesh. I secured third position in the admission test of BUET. Among all the awards and recognitions I have achieved so far, that is the most cherished event in my life. I completed my B. Sc. degree in Computer Science and Engineering in June, 2000. Unfortunately, we wasted two years of our lives in BUET due to 'SESSION JAM'. I did my M. Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, MB, Canada in May 2004.
I am a kind of soft person. I have a few VERY GOOD friends. I think life would have been very miserable without them. I hate to differentiate people by their race or religion. I am married to Urmila. She is an M. Sc. in Psychology. In Fall 2006, I enrolled in Ph. D. program in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Waterloo, ON, Canada.
Let's see ...

I am a faculty member (on leave) in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at North South University, Dhaka. Tenure: From June 2004 to August 2006. On leave from September 2006.
I worked as a member of Wireless Internet and Packet Radio Network Research Group in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Manitoba, Winnipeg, Canada. Tenure: From July 2002 to May 2004.
I worked as an Analyst/Network Administrator in Abiskar International, LLC, a US based data mining and analysis firm. In Abiskar, I received training in and performed business analysis for US customers. In addition to data analysis, I was responsible for extracting relevant data from clients’ database, maintaining the internal computer networks, and transmitting data between Dhaka and US office. Tenure: From August 2000 to June 2002.
I worked as a Trainer for the IT personals recruited by Object Data Inc (ODI), USA at their Dhaka Office. There I used to exchange my Object Oriented Programming (OOP) skill to the newly recruited personnel. ODI recruited Bangladeshi IT personals for US IT industry. I also setup and maintained the Computer Networks in ODI. Tenure: From August 2001 to June 2002.
I joined Ethics Advance Technology Ltd. (A Software Company), Dhaka, Bangladesh right after completing undergraduate study.
